DEMAND COMMUNICATION

Customer Background Research

Before establishing initial contact with a customer, gain in-depth understanding of the market size, consumer preferences, and regulatory standards in the customer's country or region through various channels (such as customs data, industry reports, and social media). For example, if the target market is Europe, focus on the EU's stringent environmental standards for products like spray paint and foam, such as the REACH regulation's chemical restrictions. For automotive maintenance products, differences in car ownership and vehicle model distribution in different countries can lead to varying demands for automotive maintenance product types (e.g., maintenance products for traditional fuel vehicles versus new energy vehicles).

Targeted Needs Identification

When communicating with customers, use a combination of open-ended and closed-ended questions. Ask customers, "Is your spray paint purchase for home renovation, industrial repair, or creative DIY?" "For auto care products, are you more focused on cleaning, maintenance, or performance enhancement?" "Is foam adhesive primarily used for building caulking, insulation, and soundproofing, or for other specific applications?" Understand the customer's specific requirements for product functionality, specifications, color (for spray paint), packaging, and other key information. Also clarify key information such as the customer's purchase budget, expected delivery time, and desired cooperation model (e.g., whether OEM/ODM services are required).

FORMULA CONFIRMATION

Existing Formula Recommendations

Based on customer needs, provide customers with a detailed introduction to the company's existing, proven product formulas. For example, for spray paint used on outdoor buildings, recommend a formula with high weather resistance and UV resistance, displaying photos of the product's performance in actual use scenarios and test reports (e.g., aging test data). For auto care products like engine cleaners, recommend formulas containing special active agents that effectively remove carbon deposits without causing engine corrosion. For foam adhesives, recommend formulas with fast curing speeds, moderate expansion rates, and strong adhesion, and provide test results on adhesion performance on various substrates.

Custom Formula Development

If a customer has special requirements, we initiate the custom formula development process. A team of R&D experts and engineers will conduct in-depth discussions with the customer to jointly determine key technical specifications. For example, if a customer requires antimicrobial properties for spray paint, the R&D team will research the appropriate type and ratio of antimicrobial agents. For auto care products such as antifreeze for use in cold regions, the formula must be adjusted to ensure a lower freezing point. If foaming adhesive is intended for use in high-temperature environments, a high-temperature-resistant formulation must be developed. During the development process, progress is regularly reported to the customer, and the customer is invited to participate in key milestone assessments.

PROOFING

Sample Production

Based on the finalized formula, samples are produced in a dedicated proofing workshop. We strictly adhere to standardized production processes, precisely controlling raw material procurement, batching, and production process parameters (such as filling pressure for spray paint, mixing time for auto care products, and filling temperature for foaming adhesive). To ensure that the sample quality is highly consistent with future mass production, each batch of samples is accompanied by detailed production records, including raw material batch number, production time, and operator information.

Sample Testing

We establish a professional quality testing laboratory and utilize advanced testing equipment to conduct comprehensive sample testing. For spray paints, testing includes adhesion, hiding power, water resistance, and scrub resistance. For auto care products, testing includes cleaning ability, rust resistance, and compatibility with auto parts. For foams, testing includes expansion ratio, curing time, compressive strength, and flame retardancy (if required). Only after passing all testing criteria will samples proceed to the next stage.

Sample Delivery And Feedback

Qualified samples will be carefully packaged and shipped to customers through reliable courier channels, with tracking numbers promptly provided for tracking. Detailed instructions, test reports, and product specifications will be included with the samples. We actively monitor customer feedback on samples. If customers suggest improvements, we quickly organize our team to analyze the causes, adjust the formula or production process, and re-produce samples until customer satisfaction is achieved.
PACKAGING DESIGN

  • Regulatory Compliance Design
    We research the regulatory requirements for product packaging in target markets, such as the EU's environmental directives on packaging materials and the US's detailed regulations on packaging labeling. Ensure that packaging materials (such as plastic bottles and tin cans) for spray paint, auto care products, and foam rubber meet environmental standards and that labeling (including product name, ingredients, instructions, warning labels, net quantity, etc.) is complete and accurate to successfully pass customs inspection in the importing country.
  • Market-Oriented Design
    Packaging design should be tailored to the target market's cultural characteristics, consumer habits, and the client's brand positioning. For example, for the Southeast Asian market, bright and lively colors can be used for packaging. For high-end auto care brands, a simple and refined style can be used to highlight the brand's professionalism and quality. For foam rubber, visually demonstrate product usage scenarios and effects on the packaging to facilitate consumer understanding. Also, consider the practicality of the packaging. Production Planning​​​​​​​

Develop a detailed production plan based on customer order quantity and delivery time. Coordinate with the raw material procurement department to promptly purchase sufficient, high-quality raw materials. Ensure that equipment in all stages of the production line (such as the spray paint filling line, the automotive care product mixing line, and the foaming adhesive canning line) is commissioned and maintained in advance, and assign experienced production personnel to their posts. Rationally schedule the production process and establish inspection mechanisms at key milestones to ensure on-time and quality completion.

Production Process Monitoring​​​​​​​

Establish a strict quality monitoring system throughout the production process. Arrange quality inspectors to regularly conduct spot checks on products on the production line to monitor the stability of production process parameters. For example, in spray paint production, monitor the paint-propellant mix ratio and filling weight; in automotive care product production, control the addition amount of various ingredients and the product pH; and in foaming adhesive production, monitor the reaction temperature and pressure of raw materials. If quality issues or process anomalies are discovered, immediately shut down the machine to investigate the cause and implement corrective measures to prevent unqualified products from being passed on to the next process.

QUALITY INSPECTION


  • Implementation Of The Sampling Inspection Plan
    Conduct random sampling inspections on mass-produced products in accordance with internationally recognized sampling standards (such as MIL-STD-105E). For spray paint, auto care products, and foam adhesive, a certain number of samples are collected from different batches and production lines.
  • Comprehensive Quality Inspection
    Samples undergo comprehensive testing in a professional quality inspection laboratory. The testing items are consistent with those used during the proofing phase, but the process is more rigorous and meticulous. Key indicators such as color consistency and glossiness of spray paint; stability and compatibility of auto care products with different vehicle models; and cell uniformity and adhesion strength to different substrates of foam adhesive are tested. Only when all samples pass all testing items is the batch deemed qualified and released for packaging. If any samples fail, the entire batch is quarantined, the cause analyzed, and rework or scrapping measures implemented.

LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY


  • Logistics Solution Selection

    We develop a suitable logistics solution for our customers, taking into account factors such as cargo weight and volume, delivery time requirements, transportation costs, and the destination country's logistics infrastructure. For large quantities of spray paint, auto care products, and foam glue shipped to distant countries, sea freight is typically the preferred option. Depending on the nature of the cargo (for example, foam glue is a dangerous good, requiring a shipping company and container certified for dangerous goods transportation), the choice of standard or specialized containers can be determined. For urgent and lightweight shipments, air freight can be considered. For shipments to neighboring countries or regions, land transport is also a viable option. Compare the service quality and pricing of different logistics companies to select the most cost-effective partner.
  • Customs Clearance Assistance​​​​​​​

    Prepare all necessary customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, product quality inspection certificates, and export licenses (if required). For chemical products like spray paint and foam glue, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are also required. Work with a professional customs broker to ensure accurate customs declaration information and timely export declarations. We also assist clients in understanding the customs clearance procedures and requirements of the destination country and prepare any necessary documents, such as import licenses and local standard certifications, in advance to ensure smooth customs clearance and minimize the risk of delays.
